The Administrative and Installation fees will be charged after the installation has been successfully completed.
Once we have confirmed that the installation has been completed, we will proceed with either charging the customer's registered credit/debit card or their Smart Pit number.
※For new Smart Pit (CASH) payment customers, if we have not provided you with a Smart pit number previously, we will provide you with a new Smart Pit number in an email, along with details of the payment.
※Should there be any issues with the internet, please contact our staff as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, the Administrative and Installation fees will be charged.
