Before returning the equipment, please remember to submit a Termination Form to terminate your contract.

※ This is ONLY for Sakura Fiber Internet customers who have an active contract with us.

To terminate your contract at the end of the current month, you will need to submit the Termination Form by the 25th of the current month.

※ The contract end date will always be the last day of the month.

※ The NTT equipment must be returned within 1 month from the contract termination date.

How to return the ONU modem (2 options)

Option 1. Return device using the Return Kit

We will request NTT to send a return kit to your residence.

・The return kit can take up to between 1 and 2 weeks after we request it from NTT.

・The return kit will be prepaid, meaning you do not have to pay for anything.

・The return information is printed on the delivery slip, so you do not need to write anything.

Option 2. Return the modem through Sakura Mobile
If you don't have time, you may send us the devices and we will return them to NTT on your behalf.

・The delivery has to be arranged and paid for by yourself.

・The address for our return desk will be emailed to you after we receive your Termination form.

・Once you have shipped the package to our office, please provide us with the tracking information.

※ DO NOT send the devices by Cash On Delivery (COD/着払い/Chakubarai) to our office. We will charge you the delivery fee if we receive the device by Cash On Delivery.

What Items have to be returned?

・The ONU Modem has to be returned.
・The TP-Link Router is for you to keep. Please do not put the TP-Link router inside the return kit. NTT will send it back to you.

How to return the NTT equipment using the NTT return kit
1) Check the equipment you need to return using the information above
2) Take off the sticker like in the picture to the right
3) Place the sticker on the bag in the blue dotted square
4) Place the equipment in the brown bag
5) Take off the paper and seal the bag
6) Take the bag to one of the following locations: ・Japan Post Office ・Lawson (Hand the parcel to the cashier) ・Ministop (Hand the parcel to the cashier) ※Please make sure that the convenience store accepts Japan Post parcels
