Return of the NTT rental devices
Please kindly see the information below and let us know how you wish to return the NTT equipment.
※ Please return the NTT equipment within 1 month from the contract termination date.
Please make sure to return all the devices. There are 2 options for returning the rental devices.
Option 1. Return devices by using the Return Kit
We will request the telecommunications provider (NTT) to send us a return kit and we will send the return kit to your residence. Please use this return kit to return the devices.

- It takes about 1 week after we send the request to NTT
- No delivery fee on your end (The return kit will be prepaid)
- All the return information is written on the delivery slip, so it is convenient for you
Option 2. Return the devices to Sakura Mobile
If you don't have time, our office can return the devices to NTT on your behalf
To do so, please send them to our office
