Regarding our IPv6 / IPoE service

Our services utilize IPoE internet connection protocol. Please note that this may not be compatible with certain VPN services/connections. In addition, due to the connection type, certain features are not accessible, and some configurations are not possible. (Ex. Certain ports are not usable, etc.) If you have any services or software that require port forwarding, advanced router configurations, or access to certain ports, we cannot guarantee you will have access to them.

※ PPPoE is not supported for this service. (We will not be able to provide PPPoE information for the 10 Gbps connection.)

Regarding Speeds

The NTT home gateway device is equipped with three 1 Gbps LAN ports and one 10 Gbps LAN port. To fully utilize the 10 Gbps connection, you will need a device/PC, cables & peripherals that can support and handle a 10 Gbps line. 

Note that certain devices, such as PlayStation, Nintendo Switch consoles, etc, are generally equipped with LAN ports that only support up to 1 Gbps speeds.

If you wish to change to a 1 Gbps internet plan, a new installation will be required. Setting up a new installation & paying Installation fees will be required.
