You can check the delivery status of your item with our shipping e-mail. Your item will be delivered by either delivery company, Sagawa or Japan Post Office.
When we ship your package, you will receive a shipping e-mail with the subject "Your order (Booking ID) has been shipped." This e-mail includes the "Tracking Number" of your package as well as the "Tracking service URL". (Once you click the URL, either Sagawa or Japan Post Office tracking page will show up depending on your item's delivery company.)
Please copy the tracking number and open the tracking service URL. You can check the current delivery status by pasting the number there!
*If your order is Voice+Data SIM card, Sagawa must hand it over to you in person due to Japanese law.
I can not find the shipping e-mail.
Please check your e-mail junk folder first. If there is not, your order might not been shipped yet. Please click HERE to confirm the status of your order.

To a hotel / Airbnb: As the front desk staff might have your package, please ask them with your tracking number if they have received the package.
