You can check the delivery status of your item using the tracking number in our shipping email, which is sent once your order has been shipped. Please follow the steps to check the shipping status.
How to check the shipping status
- Find an email from us with the subject "Your order (Booking/Contract Code) has been shipped".
- The email includes the "Tracking Number" and the "Tracking service URL".
(Once you click the URL, either Sagawa or Japan Post Office tracking page will show up, depending on the product you have chosen.)
- Please copy and paste the tracking number in the tracking service URL. You can check the current delivery status.
*As for the Voice+Data SIM cards/eSIMs, Sagawa must hand them over to you in person for the identity verification.
**If you cannot find the email, please check your email junk folder first. If there is not, your order might not have been shipped yet. Please click contact us to confirm the status of your order.

Other cases
Although the status is "Delivered", I have not received the package yet.
To a hotel / Airbnb: As the front desk staff might have your package, please ask them with your tracking number if they have received the package.
If you need any assistance with communicating with the staff, please contact us.
To a residence / cooperative office: As your housemates/colleagues might have received your package, please kindly ask them.
I could not receive the package on the first attempt.
You can find a delivery slip of the package in your mailbox. With the slip, please reschedule the delivery.
