① Checking shipping status
You should have received an email informing you about the tracking number with the email title : "Your order (OOOO-OOOOOO) has been shipped".
※ Please check the email junk folder as well.
If you have not received this email, then it means your application is still in process.

② If you have the tracking number, then you should be able to use the tracking page to check the current status.

③ There are also situations that the status might be "Delivered", but you still have not received the item.
・Delivery to a hotel (airbnb):
Please check with the front desk staff. They may keep your order package for you.
You need to provide them with the tracking number. If you need any assistance, please contact us.
・Delivery to a residence or a cooperative office:
Please check with your housemates / colleague to see if they have mistakenly signed the package for you.
④ If the delivery can not be completed at the first attempt.
A notification sheet will be placed in the mailbox, and a re-delivery request must be arranged.
You can try to do the arrangement yourself according to the instructions on the slip.
