The information for the wireless internet (SSID/Network name and Password) should be listed on the home gateway device or in the box it came on.

In most cases, we found that the information is located on a sticker on the device itself.

Please refer to the following picture for an example of what the sticker with the network information looks like on the router.

※Please note that SSID-2 is not usable and is set to not connect as a default. This is most likely done to reduce the interference between SSID 1 and SSID 2 which use the same frequency (2.4 GHz). 

Please connect to SSID-1 (2.4 GHz) or SSID-3 (5 GHz)
