By consistently paying your monthly usage bills, you will naturally accumulate points which can then be used to purchase special gifts.
Points can also be earned through campaigns and other events as announced on our website.
How to earn points→
1. You will get points after each month's usage fee is charged.
The points will be calculated depending on the amount on the invoice.
1% will be converted to points and added to your account.
2. Invite your friends to Sakura Mobile.
Both you and your friend will receive 3,000 points.

NOTE:
Both you and your friend will get 3,000 Points around 2.5 months later after your friend's contract has started.
To be eligible, you and your friend's contracts must remain active for at least 3 months with no unpaid bills.
Points usage→
If you have enough points, you can exchange them for the following items.
*The points you received will expire after 1 year if they remain unused.
STEP BY STEP OVERVIEW
Step 1 - Sakura Mobile My Page Login
1. Log in to your [Sakura Mobile My Page]
For first-time login
You will need to set your password to login for the first time.
Please click this link to set your password.
You will need to enter your registered email address, then you will
receive an email with instructions to update your password.
Step 2 - Sakura Mobile Online Store Login
1. Click the three dots in the top right corner.
2. Click on the Sakura Points banner > Exchange points to access the [Sakura Mobile Online Store]
For your first time logging in to the Sakura Mobile Online Store
You will need to set a password for the online store as well.
Please click the "lost password" link as pictured below.
Follow the on-screen instructions to receive an email regarding setting your password.
You must use the same email address as the one registered with your contract.
3. Log in with your Sakura Mobile Online Store password
Step 3 - Check & Exchange
1. Check your points history by hovering over Go to: > My points
For mobile view
Tap on Menu in the top right corner, then go to My points.
2. Return to Points redemption page and scroll down for product options.
3. Click Add to cart > View cart→ under the product you wish to order.

4. On the check-out page, click on Apply Points. The total will be changed to ¥0
5. Click on Proceed to checkout, then follow on-screen instructions to complete your order.
6. You will receive a notification email of the order you have just made using points.
Please be advised that you cannot exchange points while there are unpaid bills on your account.
