[Travel eSIM] How can I TopUp / add more data to the Travel eSIM?

For Unlimited travel eSIM:

The fast data connection is 3 GB per day under FUP (Fair Usage Policy). If you exceed more than 3 GB in a day, the speed gets slow without any notification.

Adding data (data top-up) is not available for this Unlimited eSIM; you can only extend your usage period with a 3GB fast speed data allowance per day.

*FUP restrictions are removed at midnight every day.

For Fixed data amount travel eSIM:

After you have purchased a Travel eSIM, you should have received an email to get your eSIM QR code.
It will take you to your eSIM management page.

①When you receive the following email, please click "Get your eSIM QR code".

②The button will lead you to the following page.
Please click "Add data & Extension".
Here are some price lists for the top-up. (You can select 1GB - 50GB)

  • 1GB: 800 JPY
  • 2GB: 1,400 JPY
  • 5GB: 2,500 JPY
  • 10GB: 5,000 JPY
