For 4G Unlimited travel eSIM:
It is not possible to top up or add more data for the 4G Unlimited eSIM.
The fast data allowance is 3 GB per day under the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If you exceed 3 GB in a day, your speed will be reduced without any notification. You can only extend your usage period, with 3 GB of high-speed data provided each day.
FUP restrictions reset at midnight every day.

For Fixed data amount travel eSIM:
After you have purchased a Travel eSIM, you should have received an email to get your eSIM QR code.
It will take you to your eSIM management page.
①When you receive the following email, please click "Get your eSIM QR code".
②The button will lead you to the following page.
Please click "Add data & Extension".
Here are some price lists for the top-up. (You can select 1GB - 50GB)
- 1GB: 800 JPY
- 2GB: 1,400 JPY
- 5GB: 2,500 JPY
- 10GB: 5,000 JPY
For 5G/4G Unlimited travel eSIM:
Rest assure the 5G/4G Travel eSIM is unlimited so there will never be a time it is necessary to top up your data.
For usage period extension, unfortunately, it is not available for the 5G/4G Travel Unlimited eSIM.
