Please note that we do not accept direct bank transfers, cash cards, or prepaid debit/credit cards.
Credit/Debit card
We accept MasterCard, VISA, JCB, AMEX, Discover and Diners cards, even if they were issued outside of Japan. As long as they are one of the below brands, you will be able to use a foreign card as well.
If you experience difficulties signing up with your card, you may need to contact your card company or bank regarding international transactions, or inquire about adding us (Sakura Mobile, Og) as an approved vendor.
Cash (Smart Pit)
If you do not have a credit card, or would prefer to pay by cash, you can choose the cash (Smart Pit) option.
Key points:
1. You will have to pay a deposit when receiving your order.
2. Airport pickup is not available for cash payment.
3. You will need to go to the convenience store in person each month to pay your bill.
