You can log in from our login page using your registered email address and set password.

First time login

The first time you log in to your Sakura Mobile My Page, you must set your password.

Click this link to set your password.

Step-by-step process:

1. Enter the email address you registered to your Sakura Mobile contract.

2. Check your inbox for an email titled: "Reset password" from Sakura Mobile. 

3. Click on the "Change my password" link to begin.

NOTE: This link is only available for 24 hours after your request.

4. Enter your desired password for your Sakura Mobile account. Make sure that the password meets all the listed requirements.

5. Login with your new password

Go to our login page and enter using your new password.
