Contract management is done entirely online through your Sakura Mobile My Page.
What you can do from your My Page:
1. Check your data usage
2. Check your call usage
3. Top up data
4. Request to change your plan
5. Terminate your contract
6. View monthly invoices
7. Pay overdue bills
How to access your My Page:
1. Log in to your Sakura Mobile My Page.
For first-time login
You will need to set your password to login for the first time.
Please click this link to set your password.
You will need to enter your registered email address, then you will
receive
an email with instructions to update your password.
2. Select the contract you wish to manage.
3. Select Contract details.
To manage your payments (6 & 7)
Select Payments instead.

4. Select the product you wish to manage.
5. The Manage Plan options will appear as below.
Manage Plan features:
1. Check data usage (Available for SIM/eSIM plans only)
Your remaining data is displayed at the top of the page
For your data usage history, select Daily Usage. The
past month's usage will be displayed.
Tap the arrows to check past weeks' usage.
2. Check call usage (Available for Voice+Data plans only)
Select Call History
You can view calls from up to two months ago.
3. Top up data (Available for SIM/eSIM plans only)
Select Top Up Data
You will need a credit/debit card to purchase top-up
data,
even
if your payment method is cash.

4. Request to change your plan
Select Change monthly plan
The deadline to submit a plan change request is
the 25th of the month.
Your plan will change the
following
month.
For example:
If you submit a request on
January 25th, your plan
will change starting February 1st.

5. Terminate your contract
Select Terminate contract
You must submit an online termination request from here in order
to cancel
your contract.
We only terminate contracts at the
end of each month.
The deadline to request termination for the end of the month is
the 25th.
For example:
If you submit a request on
January 25th,
your contract will terminate on
January 31st.
