If you would like to change your current registered email address to a new one, please contact us or send us an email at contact@sakuramobile.jp. 

Standard procedure:

1. Send us an email from your desired email address

The email must include:

・The statement "I wish to change my registered email address from [currently registered email address] to [new email address]."

・An attachment of photos of the front and back of your residence card. Scans cannot be accepted.

2. We will follow up regarding re-registering your payment method to the new email address.

3. Once we have confirmed the registration, we will process the email address change.
