Due to Japanese regulations, we must ask our customers to return all SIM cards with calling functions to avoid fraudulent 3rd party usage.
However, we understand it may be difficult to return it quickly, so we do not charge any fee for late returns or for SIM card loss.

How to return
Within Japan: (Before going through the airport's security check)
A pre-paid return envelope was given to you when you received the original package.
Please make sure to use it to return your item to our return desk.
(The package may be lost if not returned correctly.)
If you have lost the enclosed return envelope, please purchase a Letter Pack Plus envelope (レターパックプラス – 600 JPY) at a post office or convenience store to return the Pocket WiFi, and inform us of the tracking number written on the envelope.
