Returning the Pocket WiFi device
(Please post within 5 days after the installation has been completed, if the installation has been canceled, or if you wish to cancel the home internet application process.)
1. Please place the device and its accessories into the black pouch.
*All the accessories delivered need to be returned. The USB cable or AC adaptor with the Sakura Mobile sticker cannot be replaced with yours. If we do not receive the same accessories as we shipped, lost fees will be incurred.
2. Place the black pouch in the envelope and seal it.
*The envelope is prepaid, so you do not have to worry about paying anything.
*If your return envelope is a blue Letter Pack, we already removed the barcode sticker for senders.
Please do not remove the barcode for Japan Post use below.
3. Please place the envelope in a Japan Post post box similar to the one below, or you can drop off the envelope at the Japan Post Office. In addition, some convenience stores(LAWSON, Ministop etc) have Japan Post postboxes where you can drop the package off.
If you no longer have the return envelope provided with the device
You can purchase one (a Red Letter Pack envelope) from the Japan Post Office.
Please make sure to let us know the tracking number and when you drop the envelope off in the post box.

※If the rental pocket WiFi is returned to us in another delivery method that requires payment on delivery (ie. our company needs to pay for the delivery upon return to our office), we will charge the amount minus the letter pack envelope amount. Please purchase a RED letter pack envelope to avoid this.
