If any Pocket WiFi set item under a Monthly contract is lost or damaged, a compensation fee will apply.

You can avoid these fees by adding insurance to your Monthly plan contract.

・Regular insurance (330 JPY/month): Covers 70%

・Premium Insurance (440 JPY/month): Cover 100%

The compensation fees in case of loss or damage are listed below.

Example:

If you lose both the Pocket WiFi device and the USB cable, the total compensation fee will be as below: 

• No insurance: 30,000 JPY + 1,000 JPY = 31,000 JPY.
• Insurance (cover 70%): 9,000 JPY + 300 JPY = 9,300 JPY.
• Premium Insurance (cover 100%): 0 JPY, no compensation fee will apply.

If the device is lost or stolen: 

For us to apply the insurance to the situation, you will need to report either "Lost" or "Stolen" to the police, and email us a copy of the report (遺失届出受理証明 or 盗難被害届出証明).

Please contact us immediately so we can check on the situation as well.

If the device is damaged: 

For us to apply the insurance to the situation, you will need to return the device to us.
