In Japan, consumers are protected by the "Telecommunications Business Regulation(電気通信事業法)". In this regulation, consumers have the right to cancel the monthly contract by using the "Initial Stage Contract Cancellation Policy (初期契約解除制度)", starts the moment you enter into the contract and lasts 8 days. If the contract start day is day 1, then the final day this policy can be applied is day 8.

Once this early cancellation policy is applied, the monthly contract period will be exempted so that you can cancel your contract immediately. However, we cannot provide any refund for the following charges.

1. Initial fees (additional charge will apply if the initial fee is less than the amount needed)
・SIM card issuance/activation fee: 433 JPY => SIM card ONLY
・Contract handling fee: 3,300 JPY 

2. Usage fee
・Monthly basic fee will be prorated 
・Call/SMS charges

3. MNP issuance fee (if issued)
・1,100 JPY
