In general, to check if your device is locked or not, we will ask you to contact the shop/service provider where you bought it from, for a certain answer.
For iPhone user
Please open Settings > General > About > "Carrier Lock."
If it says "No SIM Restrictions," you should be able to use our eSIM.
However, if it says "SIM locked", that means your device is a network-locked device, and you won't be able to use any other eSIMs including ours.
For Android user
You must contact the phone carrier company to see if your phone is carrier-unlocked or not. If you have used an eSIM outside of your home country before, you should be able to use our eSIM as well.
