To be able to use our travel eSIM, your device must meet the following conditions:
① SIM-free device (Unlocked Device).
For more details, please refer to our other FAQ page: How do I know if my phone is unlocked / SIM-free and supports the eSIM function?
② Must be eSIM compatible.
If your device has an EID number on the Settings page, that means your device supports the eSIM function.

③ Capable of receiving relevant network signals

※The current 5G network has around 90% population coverage rate, and the service coverage is still increasing in Urban areas. In rural areas with limited 5G coverage, it is covered and supported by a 4G network.
※If your phone does not support 5G, you can still use our 5G Travel eSIM, but you will only have access to 4G speeds. In this case, your phone must support band 1 and 18.
