In general, to check if your device is locked or not, we will ask you to contact the shop/service provider where you bought it from for a certain answer.
For iPhone user :
Please open Settings > General > About > "Carrier Lock."
If it says "No SIM Restrictions," you should be able to use our eSIM.
However, if it says "SIM locked", that means your device is a network-locked device, and you cannot use our eSIM.
For Android user :
You must contact the phone carrier company to see if your phone is carrier-unlocked or not. If you have used an eSIM card outside of your home country before, you should be able to use our eSIM as well.
