If you lose any items before the end of the rental period, we will arrange to send you a replacement set as soon as possible.

The lost item will be charged as follows:

*If you have purchased the loss/damage insurance, the loss and damage fees will be discounted by 90%.

**The insurance will not be applied to unreturned items without a loss report.
