Since we do not currently support direct MNP port-in for eSIM, please first apply for a physical SIM card.

MNP order procedure for eSIM:

1. Request an MNP number from your current provider.

2. Apply for a physical SIM card with us: Apply here
※ We will adjust it to an eSIM later.

3. Check the box that indicates you already have a Japanese number

4. Enter your MNP number

Please make sure that the remaining expiry date of your MNP number has more than 8 days when you submit the application with us.

5. Write in the application notes the following:

※We will not know to schedule the transfer if you do not include the application note.

You would like an eSIM. ※ THIS IS REQUIRED

Your device's EID

6. We will send you the physical SIM card first

7. After you receive it, we will activate it.

8. The day after activation, we will transfer your line to an eSIM and send you an email with an installation QR code
