For legal, company policy, and security reasons, we are unable to transfer an existing contract to another person. This includes requests to change the contract holder’s name, email address, or any service details for active products.
If your friend or family member would like to use Sakura Mobile, we kindly ask that they submit a new Application Form to apply for their own contract(s). Doing so ensures the new contract is fully under their name, which helps prevent any possible issues related to payments, account information, or service responsibility.
Additionally, rental devices must be returned at the end of your contract and cannot be reused for new contracts.
