Placing orders in advance is highly encouraged as it can take time to have them delivered to your selected pickup location.
Please place your order at least 3 days before your pick-up date to get free shipping.
※Deliver to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and other islands
Since it takes 1-2 days to deliver to Hokkaido, Okinawa, other remote islands, please order at least a week before arriving in Japan.
You may change your shipping address anytime until we make the shipment.

Expedited shipping:
For urgent needs, you may place an express shipping order (an extra 1,000 JPY express handling fee will be added). Although we will send the item by the fastest way possible, but depending on the area you will be staying, the shipping might take more than 1 day.
※Expedited shipping is available only when picking up at the following locations:
- Sakura Mobile Shinjuku Office
- Narita Airport (Terminal 1 or 2)
- Haneda Airport (Terminal 3)

Travel eSIM:
You can place a travel eSIM order any time you need the eSIM.
Before or after you come to Japan are both fine. Once you complete the purchase, you will receive the QR code activation email immediately, so you can install it.
However, we will always recommend you to place an eSIM order a few days before you need it.
・If you purchase the eSIM before you arrive in Japan, then we will recommend you to install the eSIM on the day of arrival, as this will be the 1st day of the 10 days period.
・If you purchase the eSIM when you are in Japan, you can install it anytime depending on your needs, and that day will be the 1st day of the 10 days period.
※ e.g. Installing the eSIM at 00:00 on January 1 means you can use the eSIM until 23:59 on January 10.
※ e.g. Installing the eSIM at 23:59 on January 1 means you can use the eSIM until 23:59 on January 10.

1. You will need a stable internet/WiFi connection when installing the eSIM profile.
