Cancellations and refunds are possible any time before the eSIM QR code has been made visible to you. After completing the payment, you will receive an email with a link and you can make your QR code visible from that link. Once the QR code has been made visible, it has been generated and issued to you, and hence the eSIM is non-refundable. You can request a cancellation after payment only if you have not yet issued the QR code and it is not visible to you.

Once payment is successfully processed:
You will receive an email containing a secure link to access your eSIM QR code. After you click the "Get your eSIM QR code" link in the email, it will get you to your eSIM management page.
Clicking the "Issue eSIM" button in your eSIM management page will open a pop-up window prompting you to confirm that you want to issue the QR code.
If you click "Confirm" and proceed to issue the eSIM, the QR code will be generated and displayed immediately. At this point, the eSIM is issued, and no cancellations or refunds can be processed.
If you haven't issued the QR code and wish to cancel your order, email our support team at contact@sakuramobile.jp. Once confirmed, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
