Pocket WiFi and physical SIM card orders may be canceled as long as the items have not yet been shipped to the pickup location. Once you receive an email titled “Your order (XXXX-AAAAAA) has been shipped/【Sakura Mobile】How to pick up your order at airport,” cancellation and refunds will no longer be possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@sakuramobile.jp. After we confirm that the order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
