If you are a U.S. Military member signing up for Data Only SIM/eSIM (Card Payment - Delivery, Counter Pickup), or you are picking up the product at any of the counters listed below:

A photo of your US passport/ID verification document is sufficient for the application. 

If you would like to have a Voice+Data SIM/eSIM, you need to have an official document to prove your Japanese address (outside of the base) (e.g., Japanese Residence Card, Japanese Driver's License).

Please upload the photo or go through the online identification with the official document for personal identification.

We do not accept driver's licenses issued outside of Japan. 

Please understand that we usually need our customers to upload some kind of document for inspection. However, if you feel uncomfortable uploading it, please contact us.
