The PUK code (PIN unlock code) is the number required to unlock your PIN if it becomes locked after being entered incorrectly three times in a row.

For 3GB/day Data SIM Cards:

To get a PUK code, please contact us immediately with the following information: 

What we need:

-The ICCID of your travel SIM Card; please kindly send a picture of the SIM where we can see all the numbers are written. The ICCID number starts with 8981030:

After that, we will contact Docomo (the main provider) to get the PUK code for your SIM Card immediately and get back to you with the PUK code.

*Please kindly be advised that it may take a while to receive the information.
**Please do not enter any code in the meantime.
***Please be careful if you enter the wrong code 10 times, the SIM card will be deactivated.

For Unlimited data SIM Cards:

The PUK code is printed on the back of the SIM card mount.

Or, please contact us immediately with the following information:

-the ICCID of your travel SIM Card; please kindly send us a picture of the SIM where we can see all the numbers are written. It is printed on the SIM card mount under the barcode or on the nano-size SIM itself.  

After that, we will contact KDDI (the main provider) to get the PUK code for your SIM Card immediately and get back to you with the PUK code.
