To get a PUK code for a Monthly SIM/eSIM, please contact us directly and provide the following:
1. Your phone number
2. A screenshot of the screen asking for a PUK code
After receiving this information, we will contact Docomo (the main provider) and get back to you with the PUK code.
Warning
1. Please do not enter any code in the meantime. If you enter the wrong code 10 times, the SIM card will be deactivated.
2. If you have bought multiple SIM cards/eSIMs, please specify which SIM/eSIM you are having the issue with.
