Unfortunately, it is not possible to complete the age verification on LINE with a Sakura Mobile SIM/eSIM.
Due to regulations passed in December 2012, it is now necessary to complete this verification in order to use the Search by ID function, which means that you will not have access to this with our SIM plans.
At the moment, only SIMs directly issued by Docomo, SoftBank, Au, LINE mobile, and some MVNOs can verify a user's age. Since we do not have a direct contract with LINE, we are not able to facilitate this process.
We apologize that we are not able to provide assistance in this matter, but you will still be able to access most of LINE's functions as usual.
