To ensure that your phone supports this function or not, as well as how many of each SIM you can have on your phone, please contact your phone provider. Some phone types release a dual SIM model and single SIM model of the same phone, so it is important to contact your phone provider regarding your specific device.

How to use dual SIM functions

If your phone is a dual SIM model, you will be able to specify which SIM you want to use for cellular data as well as your default line for calls and SMS.

For example, you could use our SIM for cellular data, but default to your home SIM for calls and SMS. In this case, you should be able to manually select to use our line instead at the time of making a call or SMS.

Therefore, it is important to ensure you have the correct lines selected for each function, as you will not be able to use our service if our SIM is not selected for cellular data.
