The SIM cards we distribute now are multi-sized.
You can adjust the SIM card size without needing a replacement by removing the outer layers until it is Nano-sized.
If you are using a micro SIM card from us issued before 2019:
We can issue a new multi-sized SIM card. The replacement fee is 3,300 JPY (tax included).
