In such cases, please contact us immediately for the return instructions from outside Japan.
We understand that this can happen when you are in a rush to catch your flight.
In most cases, you can send the package from your country.
If we do not receive any notification within one week after your scheduled return date, the items will be considered unreturned, and a compensation fee will be charged.
*Please note that if the customer still has access to the device but is unwilling to return it or communicate with us, the loss/damage insurance will not apply.
