You can return your rental Pocket WiFi set at any of the locations listed below.

Airport
At Kansai International Airport and Fukuoka Airport, you can return your rental items at our counter.
At all other airports, please use the post boxes located within the airport.

Please note that you need to return the device before proceeding to the restricted area (areas after the security check).
*Please do not ask the airport staff to return it for you, as they may not take responsibility when it's lost.
*Except for Kansai Airport and Fukuoka Airport, our airport counters are for pickup only and cannot accept return items. Please drop it in a Postbox ONLY.
Postbox
You can use postboxes on the street to return the package.
Please enclose all of our rental items in the provided return envelope. (Do not put any personal items inside)
They are widely available throughout Japan, even in rural areas. You’ll find them on street corners, in convenience stores, at post offices, and in airports.
You can also ask your hotel’s front desk to help you return the package. (In case of loss, the compensation will still be under the customer's responsibility)
Shinjuku Office
You can always drop by our Shinjuku Office during our office hours to return the items.
Operation Hours: 10 AM - 5 PM every day
