If you would like to terminate your contract, please review the information below.
Please be aware that after submitting a termination request, you will be unable to submit the following:
1. Plan change request
2. MNP number request
Termination policy:
1. Contracts may only be terminated at the end of each month.
2. To terminate your contract at the end of the current month, your termination request must be submitted by the 25th of that month.
If you submit a request on or after the 26th, your contract will terminate the following month.
Examples:
・Form submitted on March 15 → contract terminates on March 31
・Form submitted on March 27 → contract terminates on April 30
3. Due to our post-paid billing cycle, the last invoice will be one month after the termination date.
Step 1 - Access your My Page
How to access your My Page
1. Log in to your [Sakura Mobile My Page].
For first-time login
You will need to set your password to login for the first time.
Please click this link to set your password.
You will need to enter your registered email address, then you
will
receive
an email with instructions to update your password.
2. Select the contract you wish to manage.
3. Select Contract details.
4. Select the product you wish to manage.
5. The Manage Plan options will appear as below.
Step 2 - Submit the termination form
1. Select Terminate Contract > Cancel Contract > Fill in the survey

2. Check that all information is correct and enter your date of departure if you are leaving Japan.
For Fiber Internet Customers
You will need to choose your method to return the NTT devices
For Voice+Data customers who pay by cash (Smart Pit)
If your product is a Data-only plan, a Pocket WiFi, a Home WiFi, or Fiber Internet, this does not apply.
There will be an additional step to complete for Voice+Data customers.
Since we received a 20,000 JPY deposit as an estimate to cover the last two months of your contract, including calling/SMS fees, there is a possibility that it is not all needed. If your actual bills for your last two months are less than 20,000 JPY, we will refund you the difference.
Please choose your preferred refund method (PayPal or direct transfer to a Japanese bank account), then provide the relevant information in the next step.
When filling in Japanese bank account information:
- Account number: Do not enter any non-numerical characters such as "- (hyphen)".
- Account name (kana): Only katakana characters can be submitted. You will not be able to submit the form if non-katakana characters are entered.
3. Submit the form
Step 3 - Item Return
You will need to return the rental item to us alongside submitting the termination form.

※ Since an eSIM is digital, there is nothing to return.
You will receive a confirmation email if the submission is successful. If you do not receive an email, please double-check that the form was submitted and resubmit if necessary.
