Returning the device
As the Home WiFi device is a rental product, after you submit your termination form, the last step is to return the device and accessories within 5 days of your termination or installation date.
Depending on the date on which you applied, the return method will vary. Please follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Preparing the package
If a return envelope was included with your device
1. Cleaning: Check & make sure there is no dirt or foreign objects inside the box or on the device.
※ If the device is returned without being properly cleaned first, a lost fee may be applied.
2. Place the Home WiFi device and accessories inside the box.
3. Place the box inside with all the items inside the return envelope.
4. Fold and seal the envelope tightly to minimize the package size.
If a shipping label was attached to the box when the device was delivered
● Box Type 1
1. Cleaning: Check & make sure there is no dirt or foreign objects inside the box or on the device.
※ If the device is returned without being properly cleaned first, a lost fee may be applied.
2. Place the Home WiFi device and accessories inside the box.
3. Seal the box with tape to prevent it from opening during shipment.
● Box Type 2
1. Cleaning: Check & make sure there is no dirt or foreign objects inside the box or on the device.
※ If the device is returned without being properly cleaned first, a lost fee may be applied.
2. Place the Home WiFi device and accessories inside the box.
3. Seal the box with tape to prevent it from opening during shipment. (follow the red dotted line)
4. Peel the sticker of the return label (pink one), and attach it to the top of the box.
※ The pink slip is a prepaid return label. You do not have to pay for the return.
※ You may include everything sent in the device box, such as cable ties and plastic bags.
Step 2: Sending the package
Take the package to one of the following locations:
・JP Post Office
・Lawson convenience store
・Ministop convenience store
・Seicomart convenience store
If you no longer have the return envelope/box
You will have to purchase a return envelope/box, a return label, and ship the device to our office in Shinjuku. Send us an email, and we will provide you with the return address.
※ DO NOT send the package by Cash On Delivery (COD/着払い/Chakubarai). Delivery fees will be charged if that is the case.
※ Share with us the tracking number once you have sent the device.

・AC adapter
・Ethernet cable
・Device box
※ You may also include everything sent in the device box, such as cable ties and plastic bags.
A lost fee will be charged if any of the items below are not returned within 5 days of your contract termination date (or installation date):
Payment Cycle
Credit/Debit card:
The last monthly fee will be charged after your contract is terminated, as our billing cycle is one month later (paid at the end of next month).
Cash/Smartpit:
The last two months' monthly fees will be covered by the deposit paid when your device is delivered.
