As the Home WiFi device is a rental product, it needs to be returned within 5 days of your termination or installation date.
How to return the device
Please place the Home WiFi device and accessories inside its box and place the box inside the return envelope (the envelope came together with the delivery of the device) and take it to one of the following locations.
・JP Post Office
・Lawson convenience store
・Ministop convenience store
・Seicomart convenience store
If you no longer have the return envelope please purchase a return envelope/box and return label and ship the device to the following address:

You can include everything sent in the device box such as cable ties and plastic bags.
*A lost fee will be charged if any of the above items are not returned by 5 days of your contract termination date.
Payment cycle

The last monthly fee will be charged after your contract is terminated as our billing cycle is one month later (paid at the end of next month).
