You can change your Monthly plan online through your Sakura Mobile My Page.
This article is for changing your data plan of the same product.
For example: Switching from a 30GB Voice+Data SIM to a 15GB Voice+Data SIM.
This can be done once a month.
Please be aware that after submitting a plan change request, you will be unable to submit the following until after the plan change has taken effect:
1. Termination request
2. MNP number request
Plan change schedule
The deadline to request to change your plan is the 25th of the month before.
For example: If you want to change your plan starting February 1st, you need to submit the form by January 25th 11:59 PM JST.
Plan changes will only take affect starting from the beginning of a month.
You will receive a confirmation email after our system has successfully received your request. If you do not receive this email, please try to submit the request again.

Step 1 - Access your My Page

1. Log in to your [Sakura Mobile My Page].
For first-time login
You will need to set your password to login for the first time.
Please click this link to set your password.
You will need to enter your registered email address, then you will
receive
an email with instructions to update your password.
2. Select the contract you wish to manage.
3. Select Contract details.
4. Select the product you wish to manage.
5. The Manage Plan options will appear as below.
Step 2 - Submit the plan change request
1. Select Change monthly plan
2. Select your desired data plan from the drop down menu > Confirm the terms > Submit
