Every month's usage fees will be invoiced and charged at the end of the following month.
(e.g. Fee for March will be invoiced and charged at the end of April)
Below is an example of the billing cycle.

For Smart Pit payment (cash at convenience stores):
Every month's usage fees will be invoiced at the end of the following month.
The payment period is between the 1st and 10th of the month after that.
(e.g. Fee for March will be invoiced at the end of April, and payable between May 1st-10th)
