For current Sakura Fiber Internet customers, it is generally possible to transfer the current internet service to your new residence. Depending on where you will be moving, the process will differ. We recommend letting us know as soon as possible the below information once you have confirmed the move.

Prior to moving to your new residence

Once you have determined and confirmed where you will be moving to, please let us know using the above link.

We will provide a form to fill out so we have all the information for your new residence.

Depending on the new residence's internet status, the installation may take time due to scheduling, etc.

- Full address for your new residence
- When you leave your old residence
- When you will move into your new residence 
- If the new residence is a rental or you are the owner

Fees required for the installation at the new residence

A new installation will be required at your new address. As the installation type and work required depend on the internet equipment available at the location, the installation fees may differ from your previous installation. Rest assured, you will not have to pay the administrative fee again.

After receiving your information

Once we have received your information, we will check your new residence's internet status to determine what plan we can offer you and the installation process.

We will then inform you of the plan, installation fees, and process to continue using your internet service.

Things to note

- Depending on the installation schedule for the new residence, the internet service may begin after you have moved.

- We will provide you with a Pocket WiFi device to use until your new installation date.

- Should installation not be possible at the new residence, the service may need to be canceled. 

- You will need to return the current NTT rental device you are using after you move to the new residence. Each NTT device is tied to a specific internet line and contract so you will not be able to use the same equipment at a new address.

Please bring all devices with you to the new residence. We will inform you which ones will need to be returned to NTT and if any need to be used for your next installation.
