Yes, voicemail is available with the Voice + Data SIM/eSIM card.

Please note the following:

Voicemail is not included in our standard plans.
・The monthly fee is 330 JPY (tax included).
・The menu guidance is in Japanese ONLY.
・The default message announcement to ask the caller to leave a message is in Japanese. If you wish to change it, you must record it yourself.  For instructions, feel free to contact our customer support from the link below.
・Listening to voicemails incurs a charge of 22 JPY per 30 seconds (tax included).
・It will take 2-3 days for the service to be ready.
