Your data/call usage is accessible online through your Sakura Mobile My Page.
How to access your My Page
1. Log in to your [Sakura Mobile My Page].
For first-time login
You will need to set your password to login for the first time.
Please click this link to set your password.
You will need to enter your registered email address, then you will
receive
an email with instructions to update your password.
2. Select the contract you wish to manage.
3. Select Contract details.
4. Select the product you wish to manage.
5. The Manage Plan options will appear as below.
Data usage
You can check the data usage of both Voice+Data and Data-only SIM/eSIM plans this way.
1. The number displayed here is the current amount of remaining data for this month.
This number updates in real time,
and is the most accurate display of the amount of data you can still use each month.
2. For a breakdown of your daily data usage, select Daily Usage.
Up to a month's usage will be displayed.
Tap the arrows to check past weeks' usage.
Call usage
You can only check your call history for Voice+Data SIM/eSIM plans.
1. Select Call History
The past three months (including this month) will be displayed.
