FAQ: How can I add more data to the Travel eSIM?
The full data amount for your plan will be distributed on the 1st of every month. If you need more data in the middle of the month, then you can purchase top-up data online.
※You will need to use a credit card to purchase top-up data, even if your primary payment method is cash.
Step 1 - Access your My Page
How to access your My Page
1. Log in to your [Sakura Mobile My Page].
For first-time login
You will need to set your password to login for the first time.
Please click this link to set your password.
You will need to enter your registered email address, then you will
receive
an email with instructions to update your password.
2. Select the contract you wish to manage.
3. Select Contract details.
4. Select the product you wish to manage.
5. The Manage Plan options will appear as below.
Step 2 - Choose the amount of data to top up
1. Select Top Up Data
2. Adjust the GB amount you wish to purchase > Confirm the terms > Enter card information
※ This is a one-time transaction; the card you use will not be registered for future payments.

3. Confirm your card information and complete the purchase.
Additional data will be added to your plan immediately once the payment is processed.
Top-up data will expire at the end of the month.
