You can change your Monthly Pocket WiFi plan online through your Sakura Mobile My Page.
This article is for changing your data plan of the same product.
For example: Switching from a 100GB Pocket WiFi to a 200GB Pocket WiFi.
This can be done once a month.
Plan change schedule
We will send a new, higher capacity device upon upgrading your plan. Therefore, your plan and the monthly fee will change the month you receive the upgrade.
For example: If you request a plan upgrade on December 31st, but receive the new device on January 2nd, your monthly fee for January will be the updated fee.
You will receive a confirmation email after our system has successfully received your request. If you do not receive this email, please try to submit the request again.

Step 1 - Access your My Page

1. Log in to your [Sakura Mobile My Page].
For first-time login
You will need to set your password to login for the first time.
Please click this link to set your password.
You will need to enter your registered email address, then you will
receive
an email with instructions to update your password.
2. Select the contract you wish to manage.
3. Select Contract details.
4. Select the product you wish to manage.
5. The Manage Plan options will appear as below.
Step 2 - Submit the plan change request
1. Select Change monthly plan
2. Select your desired data plan from the drop down menu > Confirm the terms > Submit
