Yes, you should be able to use the Travel eSIM Hotspot / Tethering function to share the data/internet with other devices.
The first step is to make sure you are able to use the eSIM data. If you have installed the eSIM, but still do not have internet access, then please see the following FAQs:

Most of the time, you can use the tethering function to share data to other devices without any issue, no other additional settings required.
For Android Devices:
If you are unable to use the hotspot tethering function, please try including the value “,dun” in the “APN Type” field in your APN settings; if you are using the default APN setting and unable to edit it, you may have to make a completely new APN setting with the values from the page here (APN settings page)
Make sure to save the updated APN settings and restart your device afterwords.

For Android :
If you use an Android device, you just have to enable the tethering/personal hotspot function after the data connection starts.
For iPhone :
1. Please fill the below APN values in for ALL the following sections: Cellular Data + LTE Setup (Optional) + Personal Hotspot.
