The setting page is different for iPhone and for Android.
For iPhone :
Go to Setting => Cellular, you should be able to see our eSIM (with a 14 digits number starts with 0200....) on this page.
For Android :
Go to setting => SIM card management, you should be able to see our eSIM under the eSIM section.
