There are several reasons why you may be charged more than you expected.
Common explanations are:
1. Our postpaid billing system
2. Charges for outgoing calls
3. The prorated fee of the first month
Postpaid billing system
Our bills are always sent one month AFTER the actual usage. This means that the bill you are receiving now actually corresponds to LAST month.
For example: The invoice you receive in February will be for January usage.
Therefore, please confirm whether the amount matches your plan usage of last month, not this month.
Charges for outgoing calls
If you have a Voice+Data SIM/eSIM plan with us, please note that any outgoing calls (domestic and international) are charged separately from the standard monthly fee. The fixed monthly fee only covers data.
Therefore, if you have made any calls or sent SMS last month, your bill will increase accordingly based on our call and SMS rates.

Prorated fee of the first month
The first month of your contract is prorated. This means that you are only charged for the actual amount of days you use of the month.
For example: If you start your contract on January 15th, your monthly fee will only be approximately half the regular monthly fee.
This means that you may see an increase between the first and second month of your contract, as we will charge the full standard monthly fee starting your second month with us.
If none of the above explanations apply to your bill and you would like to consult us, please provide the details of your situation when contacting us.
