All of our Monthly products are monthly subscription services which will be continuously billed at the end of the month until the service is terminated. The regular monthly fee is determined by the product and plan you choose.

Service and handling fees

Before the contract begins, there will be an initial sign-up fee.

For Monthly SIM, eSIM, Pocket WiFi, and Home WiFi products:

There is a 5,500 JPY registration fee which will be charged immediately upon the completion of your application. 

This is a one-time fee required to sign up with us, and is separate from the monthly usage fees.

For Fiber Internet

There is a 5,500 JPY registration fee, which will be charged along with your installation fee after your installation is completed successfully.  

This is a one-time fee required to sign up with us, and is separate from the monthly usage fees.

Your regular usage fee each month will depend on the product and plan you choose.

Cancellation fees

If you follow the standard termination procedure, there are no cancellation fees.

However, in cases of irregular termination or early termination, a cancellation fee may be incurred.
