How to clear an unpaid bill online through your Sakura Mobile My Page
1. Log in to your Sakura Mobile My Page.
For first-time login
You will need to set your password to login for the first time.
Please click this link to set your password.
You will need to enter your registered email address, then you will
receive
an email with instructions to update your password.
2. Select the contract you wish to manage.
3. Select Payments. There should be an Unpaid invoice alert.
3. Select Details for the unpaid invoice, then Pay.
4. Enter the card information of the card you wish to pay with, then click Pay.
This information will replace your current card as your default payment.
