The first month of the contract is prorated. This means that both the data and fees will be adjusted based on when you started the contract. This is for the first month only, and normal data and fees will be applied from the second month.
For example: If your contract started in the middle of the month on a 30GB plan, you would only have 15GB of data, but you would also only pay half of the regular fee.
