If you have a Voice+Data SIM/eSIM plan with us, then you have the option of suspending your service.
This option is not available for any other products, including Data-only SIM/eSIM, Pocket WiFi and Home Internet plans.
We recommend this plan for customers who often travel to and from Japan, and only need service during the periods they are in Japan.
Key features:
1. This plan is only available for the credit card payment method.
2. The monthly fee under suspension is reduced to 220 JPY. If unpaid, your contract will be terminated.
3. You will need to submit an online form from your My Page to request this change.
4. You will not be able to access call/SMS/data service at all under suspension.
5. Suspension lasts the entire calendar month; it cannot be applied to only part of the month.
6. You must request suspension and reactivation according to the plan change schedule.
Suspension and reactivation schedule
The deadline to request suspension or reactivation of your plan is the 25th of the month before.
For example: If you want to suspend/reactivate your plan starting February 1st, you need to submit the form by January 25th 11:59 PM JST.
